The full Defined Bodies system delivered anywhere in Australia. Same custom training, nutrition plan, and weekly check-ins, just without the in-person session. For self-directed women who don’t need an appointment to train.
Two in-person sessions a month at Doherty’s Gym plus continuous online coaching in between. For women whose week-to-week schedule shifts but still want regular face-to-face time.
