Hybrid is two one-on-one sessions a month at Doherty’s Gym, with full coaching running between visits. You get the same custom strength program, nutrition plan, weekly check-in call and message support as my weekly clients. The only thing you give up is the fixed weekly appointment. More than 50 women have trained with me, lost weight and got stronger.

Twice a month, you train with me in person. The coaching runs every day in between.

That’s the whole point of Hybrid. It’s the same Coach Sammi Method I run with every client, just on a monthly rhythm instead of a weekly one. Your program, your nutrition, your weekly call and your message support all keep going between visits.

The work in between is where the results come from. You’re not paying for two sessions. You’re paying for a coach who’s in your corner all month, not just the two days you’re in the gym.

Who This Program Is Built For

You’re stuck training on your own. You know your way around a gym, but progress has stalled and you can’t see why. You don’t need supervising. You need expert eyes on your program and your form.

Your weeks never look the same. Shift work, travel, a kid’s schedule that changes each term. A fixed weekly slot won’t fit your weeks. Two sessions a month, booked when you can, will.

You’ve outgrown needing the appointment. You used to need someone expecting you. Not anymore. The habit is there. What’s missing is a coach checking your work.

You can get to Perth monthly, not weekly. You’re regional, or a weekly drive in just isn’t realistic. Once or twice a month is. Hybrid makes those visits count and coaches you through the weeks between.

What’s Included

Two 60-minute sessions a month at Doherty’s Gym. One on one, booked around your month. We use them for form checks, program updates, and the talks that are easier in person.

A custom strength program. Built for your body and your goals, and rebuilt with you at every monthly session. Real strength training that gets harder as you get stronger. No template.

A full nutrition plan. Calorie and macro targets, meal guides and recipes, built on real food you’ll actually cook. Vegetarian, intolerances and cultural preferences all handled. Not a starvation diet.

A weekly check-in call. Phone or video. We go through your training, nutrition, sleep and energy, then adjust the plan.

Message support all month. A question on a lift, a meal you’re unsure about, a rough morning. Send it through and I’ll get back to you within a few hours.

App access. Your program, nutrition and progress in one place, updated as you go.

How Hybrid Coaching Works

  1. Free strategy session. We talk through where you’re at and what you want. Phone or video, no pitch.
  2. Assessment at Doherty’s Gym. You come in, I watch you move and lift, and I see what to build on and what to work around.
  3. I build your plan. Your training and nutrition, made from scratch, ready in your app.
  4. You start. Two monthly sessions booked, weekly call set, messages open. You’re training with me from week one.
  5. We adjust as we go. Every session and call shapes the next block. Nothing stays the same for long.

What Makes This Format Work

The monthly sessions reset your program. They’re not just workouts. We check your form, look at what the last month produced, and rebuild the next block. You leave with a clear plan and a fresh program in the app.

The coaching between sessions does the real work. Most coaching sells you the hour in the gym. Hybrid flips that. The program, the nutrition, the calls and the messages are the product. The gym sessions keep it sharp. The visible part isn’t the part doing the work.

It fits around your month. Your two sessions go wherever the month has room. The trade is simple: you have to do the work when I’m not watching. If you will, this beats a weekly slot. And you’re not on your own, the calls, the messages and the monthly resets keep you steady.

Commitment and Flexibility

Two sessions a month, your call on when. I hold two slots for you each month, with no fixed day or time. The only rule is that you use them. If they keep going unused, Online is better value and I’ll tell you.

A carry for the hard months. If one genuinely falls apart, you can roll a session forward into the next. One at a time though, you can’t stockpile them. It’s a safety net for the rough patches, not a loophole.

Simple billing. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, your choice, and the same amount either way. You’re paying for ongoing coaching, not a session count. Nothing to track, nothing that expires, no surprises.

Who This Isn’t Built For

I’d rather send you to the right program than sign you up to the wrong one.

You’ve never really lifted. Twice a month isn’t enough for me to teach you safely. Start with In-Person, then move to Hybrid once you’re ready.

You won’t use the sessions. If the two monthly slots are going to slide, don’t pay for them. Online gives you everything else for less.

You’re not in Perth. The in-person part can’t reach you. Online is the same coaching without the gym sessions.

What’s the difference between hybrid and online coaching?

The coaching is the same: same program, nutrition, weekly call, messages and method. Hybrid just adds two in-person sessions a month at Doherty’s Gym. Choose Hybrid if you’re in Perth and want regular eyes on your form. Choose Online if you’re happy training without that, here or anywhere in Australia. If you won’t use the sessions, Online is better value, and I’ll say so.

Is hybrid personal training worth it?

It depends on whether you’ll use the gym time. You pay more than Online for the two sessions a month with me. If you’re in Perth and you’ll actually turn up to them, that’s where the value is. If they’re going to slide, Online is the smarter buy. We work that out before you commit.

What if I miss one of my sessions?

Tell me and we’ll move it. There’s usually room that month. If not, one session rolls into the next. One roll, not a running tab.

Will I get less attention than your weekly clients?

No. Same program, nutrition, weekly call and access to me. The only difference is how often we’re in the same room.

How does the program move forward on two visits a month?

Each visit, we review the last month and build the next block. Between visits the app holds the plan, and anything urgent goes through messages.

What happens at the free strategy session?

We talk through where you’re at and what you want, do a movement and strength assessment, and I tell you straight whether Hybrid is your best fit. No pressure.

What Actually Changes

A few months in, training is just part of your month. You come in twice, do the work in between, and it holds, even in the weeks that used to throw you off.
